1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

2. Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Underwear

  • Swimwear

These items are final sale.

3. Refund Method – Store Credit Only

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

All approved returns are issued as store credit only, which:

  • Can be used on future purchases at Online Shop Fashion

  • Has no cash value

  • Cannot be transferred to another person

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments

5. Wrong Items Received

If you receive the wrong item, we will gladly replace it.

Conditions:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos of the received item must be provided

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order, and only if the order has not yet been shipped.

After this period, cancellations are no longer possible.

7. Processing Time

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection

  • Approved store credits are issued within 20 business days

  • Processing times may vary depending on volume and inspection results
