We proudly ship both domestically and internationally to the following regions:

  • North Macedonia

  • European Union (EU)

  • North America: United States, Canada, Mexico

  • Asia-Pacific: Japan, Singapore, South Korea

  • Oceania: Australia, New Zealand

We currently do not ship to: Africa, the Middle East, South Asia (including India), Indochina, and China.

  • Order Processing Time: 5 business days

  • Estimated Delivery Times:

    • North Macedonia & EU: 3–5 business days (depending on shipping method)

    • North America (USA, Canada, Mexico): 5–7 business days

    • Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand: 10–15 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.

 

💸 Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping:

    • Available for orders over $100 within North Macedonia and the EU

  • Other Orders:

    • Shipping costs are calculated based on a combination of:

      • Flat rates

      • Weight-based pricing

      • Real-time carrier rates

 

🏬 In-Store Pickup

We offer free in-store pickup from our location in Skopje, North Macedonia. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. For Macedonian citizens only.

 

🔍 Order Tracking

All shipped orders include a tracking number. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your shipment’s progress.

 

📦 Fulfillment

We use third-party fulfillment services to process and ship your orders efficiently and securely.

 

🚫 Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship the following:

  • To countries in Africa, the Middle East, South Asia (including India), Indochina, and China

  • Any items restricted by international shipping laws or carrier policies

 

❗ Shipping Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team at support@onlineshopfashion.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and offer a replacement if eligible.

 

🔁 Returns Due to Shipping Issues

We accept returns for items affected by shipping issues. Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We offer replacements for items damaged or lost in transit
